Gulf Air: Nice, Sharm El Sheikh, Alexandria & Bodrum Flights

It has been revealed this week that Gulf Air will resume flights to Nice, Sharm El Sheikh, Alexandria & Bodrum this Summer.

As per Trade Arabia, the service resumptions will add an extra six weekly flights to the airline’s scheduling for the Summer 2024 season.

It is understood that these flight resumptions with Gulf Air will be as follows:

  • Bahrain-Nice – Services will begin on June 2, and operate all of the way through to September 29, operating on a twice-weekly basis, on Sundays and Thursdays.
  • Bahrain-Sharm El Sheikh – Services will start on June 1 and will continue on to September 29, operating on a twice-weekly basis, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • Bahrain-Alexandria – Services will start on June 1 and will continue on to September 29, operating on a twice-weekly basis, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • Bahrain-Bodrum – Services will begin on June 15 and will continue on to September 14, operating on a twice-weekly basis, on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Looking ahead, it remains clear that Gulf Air is looking to expand on successes previously experienced in these markets.

All eyes will be on how this will go, as well as whether there is scope to expand these services in the Summer 2025 period next year.
