For personal development and emotional growth, we should learn to embrace change. Change is constant throughout our lives but when we choose what changes we should make, we gain more perspective about ourselves. “By examining change through different lenses, we gain a more holistic perspective that considers all these dimensions. This allows us to address the full range of challenges and opportunities that come with change,” wrote Therapist Israa Nasir.
