What we know so far:
- A Zeusch Aviation Beech King Air 200 has crashed after departure from London Southend Airport.
- PH-ZAZ is the airframe, which is over 30 years old.
- Essex Police have contained the area and have told local residents to stay away from the area.
- An air ambulance was initially dispatched but has since returned to base, encouraging questions about survivors.
- Investigators will be dispatched in the coming hours to start their reporting.

Moreover, Essex Police have released a statement following the accident:
“We were alerted shortly before 4pm to reports of a collision involving one 12-metre plane.”
The statement added:
“We are working with all emergency services at the scene now and that work will be ongoing for several hours.
“We would please ask the public to avoid this area where possible while this work continues.”

ACCIDENT UPDATE #3 @ 1718 UK time…
Furthermore, The Daily Star has noted eyewitness accounts of the plane crash at London Southend Airport.
“I saw the huge fireball from my window. I’m still shaking like mad”, said Dani Hill, who lives near the airport.
“I’ve never seen anything like it. Praying all involved are ok if any.”

Also, it is understood PH-ZAZ is the aircraft involved in the plane crash at London Southend Airport.
Furthermore, as per Flightradar24, PH-ZAZ is a Beech B200 Super King Air that belongs to operator Zeusch Aviation.
Moreover, it is understood this aircraft was operating SUZ1 to Lelystad, and has looked to have crashed after departure or on departure.
